Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities

Social Media Marketing (SMM)

Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar for Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook and YouTube Shorts
Create post creatives and short-form content using Creative tools — finance tips, card/loan comparisons, calculator highlights
Repurpose OnePaisa articles and tools into carousels, reel scripts and infographics
Post daily across channels and engage with comments, finance communities and trending money topics
Track reach, engagement and follower growth weekly and report insights

Off-Page SEO

Build quality backlinks through guest-post outreach, business listings and web directories
Answer finance-related questions on Quora and relevant forums with helpful, non-spammy content linking to OnePaisa tools
Run competitor backlink analysis and identify new link opportunities
Draft and send outreach emails to bloggers and finance websites
Track referring domains, authority score and keyword movement in a shared sheet

Who can apply

Available full-time (7–8 hours/day, Monday–Friday) for the entire 3-month duration
Can start immediately and work from home with a reliable internet connection
Strong written English; Telugu or Hindi is a plus
Basic understanding of SEO and social media marketing — coursework or self-taught is fine
Comfortable with Canva and Google Sheets; familiarity with any SEO tool (Semrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest) is a bonus
Self-driven and reliable in a remote setup — you will own your channels end to end
