Credit card balance transfer is the process of transferring owed balance from one credit card account to another. Upon carrying out this process, the debt is owed to the new card issuer as opposed to the original card issuer.

Milestone benefits

Earn 10,000 Reward points on annual spends of ₹4,00,000 OR 30,000 Reward points on annual spends of ₹8,00,000. In addition to the reward points which you will earn on every transaction, you will also be eligible for bonus reward points on achieving the below spends criteria, in an anniversary year. Bonus reward points will be credited to your card account at the end of an anniversary period* as per the eligibility. Customer will be eligible for Bonus Reward Points basis only one of the Milestones at the end of the term. If someone has achieved spends of Rs. 8 Lakhs, he will be entitled to only 30,000 reward points. * In case, your card is issued prior to 25th Feb'17, your milestone program will run from 1st Feb to 31st Jan every year. In case, your card is issued post 25th Feb'17, your milestone program will run from the date of issuance to the next anniversary date. For milestone benefits, all transactions settled during milestone period will be considered. Example- Milestone period is 1st Jan 2021 to 31st Dec 2021, then the transactions settled till 31st Dec 2021 will be considered for milestone benefits. Any transaction settled post 31st Dec 2021 will be considered in next milestone period. Effective 1st June 2025, Spends on Utility, Wallet Load, Fuel, Online skill-based gaming, Insurance, Government, Rent, and Education will not be considered when calculating milestone benefits. The aforementioned revisions will be based on the Merchant Category Codes (MCCs), which are 4-digit numbers assigned to merchants or businesses by card networks such as VISA, MasterCard, and RuPay.
